Employee commitment to renewable energy in companies This project investigates how individual's commitment to the energy transition can be utilized in corporate contexts (through different initiatives), and what barriers stand in the way employee engagement at the corporate level. The objective is the development of participatory strategies and tools for identifying and implementing ideas that can anchor renewable energy use in companies. The project was initiated by the Alanus University of Arts and Social Sciences in Alfter/Bonn in cooperation with the University of Nürtingen-Geislingen and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). During the workshop "employee engagement for the energy transition in business, exchange and development of the subject of employee commitment to renewable energy and energy efficiency" representatives from different companies jointly considered what energy transition potential exists in each company and how the development of creative and innovative ideas can be promoted among the workforce. nextlearning supported the organization of workshops in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Susanne Blazejewski and Franziska Dittmer (Alanus University) and was provided specific consultancy in dealing with innovation management and corporate culture. enEEbler Partners: Alanus University Location: School of Economics and the Environment, Nürtingen-Geislingen Format: Workshop, moderation Period: November 2014 Project website: http://www.eneebler.de Comments are closed.
